Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds for returned orders are processed within 30 business days upon receipt. For payments made online, allow up to 30 days for your refund to reflect in your account.
