The Premium Series Metallic Megatron replaces the semi-translucent blue ice of the Voyager Class Megatron with chrome silver encrustations; Megatron’s intricate chassis is black and silver. The grim black countenance of Megatron is accentuated by his ominous red eyes. Initially Megatron was Cybertron’s designated Lord High Protector, although eventually he succumbed to his consuming lust for the Allspark. Megatron’s agenda placed him in opposition of Optimus Prime---forcing the latter to rally a militia against Megatron’s Decepticons.
